+ What brands of paint do you normally use?

Normally, we use either Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore products. Both product lines are high quality and reliable. We select the best product to match the needs of the project. We have used other product lines less frequently, again depending on the job requirements.

+ Do I purchase the paint/stain or do you?

We almost always will supply the paint/stain and any other materials necessary to the job. This ensures a more efficient flow to the operation of the job, in addition to quality control. However, we have had customers occasionally provide the paint and materials (i.e. if a customer originally intended to do the project themselves, but then later decided to have us complete the work).

+ Do you offer advice on color, sheen and/or product selection?

Absolutely! We're happy to offer suggestions and assist with the color selection process when requested. However, in circumstances where there are many rooms and colors to select, we prefer to refer you to an Interior Designer.

+ I'm ready to have you start painting, now what?

Great! Before we come to do the work, we ask that you remove pictures, decorations, wall hangers, curtain rods and the majority of furniture from the space to be painted - the more space we have to work, the more efficient we are completing your job.

+ Do I need to be home while the project is underway?

No, it is not necessary to arrange your schedule to be home while we are painting, unless you prefer to do so. Every client has different needs and schedules - we understand and respect that. We work with our clients' schedules making appropriate arrangements with them.

+ What types of projects have you completed? Will you paint just a single room for us?

We have completed work for a wide range of different clients - both residential and commercial environments - ranging from one room to full exterior homes and businesses.

+ Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We are licensed with the State of Connecticut and carry Liability Insurance.
